Legal Secondary Suites
A legal suite pays you back every month — $1,200 to $1,800 in most Calgary neighbourhoods. The catch most homeowners miss: "legal" means a separate entrance, egress windows, fire separation, and a City inspection sign-off, not just a kitchenette. We handle all of it, and you may qualify for up to $10,000 back through the SSIP grant. Our Creekstone suite in Cranston is a recent one — separate entrance, full kitchen and bath.
Garage Construction
A Calgary garage lives or dies on the slab. Frost heaves to four feet here, so we pour and reinforce the pad to sit still through the chinook cycles that swing 30 degrees in an afternoon. Detached, standard or oversized, insulated, with heated options if you want a workshop that's usable in January. Permits and site prep included.
Commercial Tenant Improvements
For landlords and tenants: retail, office, and restaurant build-outs, from a few partition walls to a full interior gut. The thing that actually costs you on a build-out is downtime, so we schedule around your lease dates and hit the handover we promise. Permitted, inspected, on schedule.
